Digital Photo and Imaging Lineup (DPIL)
The DPIL program contains robust search capabilities that give your department the ability to find photographs of suspects based upon search criteria, and generate electronic lineups.
The DPIL system is easy-to-use and effective. The operating technician or officer has simply to enter the suspect’s features, such as complexion, height, weight, color of hair and eyes, etc. into pre-defined fields on the screen. The DPIL system initiates a network-wide search for like images, and compiles a preliminary lineup. The operating technician or officer can then request additional photos, reject a photo or change the search parameters until the desired pictorial lineup is created.
