We understand that no two departments have the same processes. With this in mind, we are completely aware of the need to provide open-ended solutions that allow for flexible integration and customization where required.
DSSI’s systems are designed to provide easy interface options via XML, ASCII and other file formats. ATIMS’s open architecture design allows agencies to build custom reports either through the system’s built-in reporting tools or through third party reporting packages such as Crystal Reports that can connect to an ODBC Database.
