Technical Support

Our technical support is available 24/7 for critical applications, and from 9am to 5pm PST for general systems.

Unlike “call centers” offered by many of our competitors, our technical support line is staffed by DSSI personnel. Your questions and technical support issues will be addressed by the same technicians, programmers and system architects who built your system. On-line support is also available to assist in troubleshooting and regular system maintenance.

System Upgrades

System upgrades are typically generated every six months, and are included within the maintenance package at no additional cost. System upgrades are easy to install, and assistance is provided for installing upgrades on an as-needed basis.

An auto-upgrade feature is also provided, whereby agency system administrators can update multiple client machines without the need for manual intervention.
